28 June – Weekend Classics
Istanbul Music Festival’s Sunday Classics series expands into Weekend Classics for its second year. The ultimate concert in this year’s series will feature the Semplice Quartet. The ensemble’s graceful music is good companion to a leisurely Sunday morning. The programme includes pieces by Mozart, Shostakovich and Bartók. This free of charge concert will be at 10.30 p.m. in the garden of the Sakip Sabanci Museum. Reservations are required due to limited capacity.
